The Most basic and economical lawn service package that we offer and what we like to call the “Clean and Green” service. Even with the unmatched low monthly prices, this service package will still keep you lawn a cut above the rest.

- Power blowing of walkways, driveways, porches, and patios
- Removal and disposal of clippings (upon request)
- Weekly or bi-weekly service
Lawn Maintenance Category 2:
This package includes all of the quality services of Category 1 in addition to special trade techniques that keep your lawn green and weed free. We like to call this package the “Ballpark” service.
- Category 1 services
- Post emergence herbicide weed control (lawn only)
- Seasonal lawn feeding and fertilizing
- Weekly or bi-weekly service
Lawn and Yard Maintenance Category 3:
If you are looking to have the cleanest and greenest lawn on the block without all of the hassles, this package is for you. This is the package we like to call the “No Worries” package. With this service type, all that is done by you is to sit back and enjoy the quality services that are being preformed on your yard.
- Both category 1 and 2 services
- Shrub and bush trimming and removal of clippings*
- Physical removal of weeds (planted areas, gardens, sidewalks, driveways, etc.)
- Spot spraying of weed killer (planted areas, gardens, sidewalks, driveways, etc.)
- Small tree, shrub, bush, and flower pruning (10ft. maximum)
- Leaf clean-up and removal throughout yard
- Removal of Weeds & dead heading of gardens or flower beds with perennials only (we do not maintain annuals)
- Weekly service only
Lawn and Yard Maintenance Category 4:
If you want to live like a king with the top of the line service that has the most top of the line results, then this package is perfect for you. In other words, the “Kingpin” package is the only package that is worthy enough for a king. With this package you will get a guaranteed green and weed free lawn with perfectly trimmed and pruned flowers, trees, bushes, and shrubs. All of this profession grade services will be done without wasting any of your own important time.
- All categories 1,2, and 3 combined
- Annual aeration during dry season
- Annual over-seeding in the spring and fall
- Lawn insect control treatment (upon request only)
- Removal of weeds & dead heading of flowers beds with annuals & perennials
- Weekly service only
* Shrub and bush trimming for Category 3 & 4 are not on a weekly basis. Trimming of shrubs and/or bushes will be done at our discretion (when we feel they need to be trimmed). Weekly trimming of shrubs/bushes will be an additional charge.
**Additional services not described with your service category will require a separate estimate for additional work. These types of additional services include but are not limited to: un-landscaped areas, planting additional bushes, Trees, plants, flowers, etc. and sprinkler work.
